Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer may withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason; Dukano extends this period to 30 days. Fill in the form and press "Confirm withdrawal from the contract" — we receive the notice immediately and automatically send you a confirmation with its content, date and time.

When you press the button we receive your notice immediately and send a confirmation with the date and time to the email address you entered.

What happens next

We email you a DPD return label — the shipment costs you nothing. Within 14 days of the notice, drop the product with its accessories at a DPD locker or hand it to the courier; the original packaging is not required.

We refund the price together with the delivery cost within 14 days of the notice, by the same method you paid with — once the product is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

Other ways to notify us

The form is not mandatory: any clear statement by email to info@dukano.lt, or the model withdrawal form in the terms of sale, will do. The deadline is met if the notice is sent before the period expires.
