Every piece of work has an owner. Reaching consensus on details costs more than a mistake that can be fixed.
We measure, not guess
Before changing pricing, the range or the website, we look at the numbers. An opinion without data is a suggestion, not an argument.
We say how things are
To customers and to each other. A deadline we won't meet is flagged right away, not on the last day.
Open positions
We have no open positions right now. That doesn't mean we aren't interested — we usually hire a good person before we post an ad.
How to apply
