Terms of sale
The terms on which a purchase contract is made: ordering, prices, delivery, the right of withdrawal and dispute resolution.
Version effective from
1. General provisions
These terms of sale are a legal document binding on both parties. They set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for products, the delivery procedure, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to buying products in the online store.
The seller is UAB „Triovendi“, Company code 300000000 · VAT LT100000000000, registered address Gedimino pr. 1, LT-01103 Vilnius, email info@triovendi.lt, phone +370 700 77772.
Purchases in the online store may be made by natural persons with full legal capacity, by minors aged fourteen to eighteen with the consent of their parents or guardians, and by legal entities. By placing an order, the buyer confirms having read and agreed to these terms.
The seller may amend these terms. An order is governed by the version in force at the time the order was placed, which is why each version is dated.
2. Personal data
The buyer's personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy. It explains what data we collect, for what purposes and for how long we keep it, and what rights the buyer has.
3. Conclusion of the purchase contract
The buyer selects products, adds them to the cart and, at checkout, provides contact details and chooses the delivery and payment method. Before confirming the order, the buyer sees the final amount including the delivery charge.
When paying by card or bank transfer, the contract is concluded when the payment intermediary confirms the payment and the seller accepts the order; with pay on delivery or instalments — when the buyer confirms the order and the seller accepts it. Each order is given a number by which it can be found again.
The seller may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the details provided by the buyer are clearly incorrect or if the buyer cannot be contacted. In that case, any payment made is refunded without delay.
4. Prices and payment
Product prices are shown in euros and include value added tax. The delivery charge is shown on each product and separately in the cart and at checkout; for several products the highest of their delivery charges applies, and delivery is free from the order amount stated on the delivery page, except for large items.
An order is charged at the price shown when the order was confirmed. A later price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
The available payment methods are listed on the payment page. When paying by card or bank transfer, the buyer is redirected to the page of the payment intermediary Montonio and pays before the order is created: the order is created only once the intermediary confirms the payment, and if the payment is not completed no order is created and the cart remains. For instalment purchases a separate agreement is concluded with the lender Inbank through Montonio; the order is processed once it is signed. Where pay on delivery has been chosen, the order is paid to the carrier on delivery or when collecting the parcel at a locker. Products are shipped once payment is received or, for pay on delivery, once the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery of products
Delivery methods are described on the delivery page, and the delivery time is shown on each product — it depends on whether the product is in the seller's or a supplier's warehouse. For an order with several products the time of the slowest product applies; products from different suppliers may be delivered as separate parcels. The time is counted from receipt of payment, or from order confirmation where pay on delivery has been chosen.
Products are delivered by the seller, its supplier or an authorised carrier (DPD) by courier to the address given by the buyer or to the parcel locker chosen by the buyer; large items are delivered by courier only. The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and phone number; the seller is not liable for incorrect details or any delay they cause.
When accepting a parcel, the buyer should check the condition of the packaging. Any damage should be noted on the delivery document or recorded in a damage report; otherwise, later claims about damaged packaging are difficult to assess.
6. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a natural person may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the product without giving a reason. At its own discretion, Triovendi extends this period to thirty days.
A returned product must be unused, retain its original appearance and come with its original packaging and all accessories. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the seller: once the buyer notifies the seller by email, the seller sends a carrier return label. The money is refunded no later than fourteen days after the product is returned, using the same method as the original payment (for card or bank payments — through the payment intermediary).
The return steps and the warranty service procedure are described on the returns page.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the buyer's individual order.
- It does not apply to hygiene products whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
- It does not apply to perishable goods or to sealed audio or video recordings whose packaging has been opened.
7. Quality and warranty
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with the law. Products carry a warranty of at least twenty-four months; the manufacturer may provide a longer period for certain product groups.
If a defect is found, the buyer may require the product to be replaced or repaired, the price to be reduced, or the contract to be terminated and the money refunded. Proof of purchase is required.
8. Liability of the parties
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided in the registration and order forms. The seller is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect details.
The seller is not liable for information on other companies' websites, even if the buyer reaches them through links in the online store.
If damage occurs, the party at fault compensates the other party's direct losses in accordance with the law.
9. Dispute resolution
Please first submit any request or complaint in writing to info@triovendi.lt — we reply within fourteen calendar days.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the reply, a request may be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
10. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
The terms are published in the online store and are available at any time.
