Returns and warranty

You can return a product within 30 days without giving a reason — we pay for the return shipment. Warranty — 24 months.

    Write to us

    Email info@dukano.lt with your order number and the product you are returning.

    Get the label

    We email you a DPD return label — the shipment costs you nothing.

  3. 3
    Pack and hand over

    The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. Drop the parcel at a DPD locker or hand it to the courier.

    Get your money back

    We refund within 14 days of receiving the product, by the same method you paid with.

Warranty service

If a fault occurs, email info@dukano.lt with your order number and a description of the fault. We arrange a courier to collect the product, agree the repair with the manufacturer or supplier and keep you updated by email. If a repair is not possible, we replace the product or refund your money.

The right of return does not apply to hygiene products with damaged packaging or to items made to order.
